In addition to our extensive fabric collection, we also manufacture fabrics to meet custom requirements of our customers.
Design Conceptualization
The fabric is designed as per the requirement ranging from blend, GSM, structure, and designs. The same can also be visualized on a Tex-CAD software. We prepare hand looms so that the look and the feel of the fabric can be checked. If required, a sample yardage can be prepared using sample warping machines to make a prototype of the garment. Once all parameters are met, we process the fabric for production.
Fabric Manufacturing
We are well-equipped with the technology and tools required to manufacture any type of fabric once it has been conceptualized. Our in-house production facility has a slew of rapiers and projectile weaving machines that deliver impressive volumes as well as impeccable quality of fabric. In addition, our machines are equipped with 22 shafts Staubli dobby and come with electronic double beam attachments.
Our Business Development Model
At DWPl, we have an in-house creative team which develops new designs by combining various types of yarns, and weaves with dobbies and jacquards on a monthly basis. We keep various themes in mind according to the season as well as major festivals coming up at the time of production. We follow main seasons like summers, mild winters, monsoons and the major festivals or occasions are the wedding season, Diwali, Eid, and Holi, among others.
Our Team at DWPl works in close coordination with the buyer and understands all their requirements. These fabric requirements include structure, weight, colors, end use, and fabric softness along with technical properties like UV protection, wicking, easy-to-iron finish, and antimicrobial properties. The fabric is developed only after all criterias are met. We get ample responses from our customers as we work as partners and assist them in creating the new fabrics for their collection or season.
